CTC Provides Resources for those working to clear their Preliminary Teaching Credential

The CTC has released a document describing the pathways for new teachers needing to finish their preliminary credential, apply for an extension, and those needing to clear their credentials. They also have included resources for those needing to complete the CalTPA, EdTPA, and RICA.

SRG and partners gave a report to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing regarding findings from and recommendations for the California Classified School Employee Teacher Credentialing Program.

This report summarizes learnings gleaned from the evaluation and provides recommendations for improvement. Targets examined were the program's implementation, successes and challenges, stakeholders' satisfaction, and program outcomes. The overarching goal of the evaluation was to determine if this program met the legislative goals.
