You put a lot of time and effort into establishing a relevant and helpful professional learning program. Now the big questions become: “How are we doing? Are we meeting needs? Are participants growing in their practice?” Participant feedback is often solicited at the end of an event, but what happens to it? Is it glanced at and then never examined again? Do results continuously guide the program? Do results inform changes from year to year?

Our Feedback Systems enable you to collect feedback aligned to specific goals in a way that is easy and stress-free.  We give you everything needed to strengthen your program based on data.

We will work with you to shape a framework of questions that consider each professional learning event through four lenses:

We handle collecting, analyzing, & reporting your professional learning feedback for every session.

Participants go to a URL on their mobile devices or computers. (We can also provide paper forms.)

Comprehensive, quantifiable data, as well as qualitative reflection, is collected quickly and easily. A report on each workshop is immediately sent back to you.  When the sequential survey period is complete, we provide a meta-analysis report detailing overall program results for the year and comparing them from year to year. This system is easy to implement, has a quick turnaround, and is responsive to both your immediate and long-term needs.
